Let’s see how we can team up!
Here are three ways to work with us ↓
From April–November, we welcome a limited number of groups for a personalized farm tour!
We’ll keep you engaged and hands-on while you’re here, and you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for local farms and food producers.
Your tour could include anything from cows to crops, depending on what your group wants to explore!
So far, we’ve hosted elementary school classes, FFA groups, professional development workshops, and civic groups – to name a few.
Spots fill up fast, so book your tour in advance!

Our group of 25 K–12 educators had the absolute pleasure of visiting Skyview Farms for a Teacher Professional Development session. Laura welcomed us with warmth and guided us through an engaging, hands-on tour that opened our eyes to the power of agriculture as a teaching tool.
From beef genetics and STEM-based farming methods to regenerative practices and real-world nutrition math, every stop on the farm brought new inspiration for the classroom. Laura’s deep knowledge and passion made complex topics like heredity, feed rations, and sustainable marketing strategies both accessible and exciting.
This visit was a perfect blend of education, inspiration, and community connection. Thank you, Laura and the Skyview Farms team, for such a memorable experience!”
– Kelly F., Executive Director, Iowa Agriculture Literacy Foundation
The Central Springs kindergartners had a great experience on their farm field trip! Students saw calves, cows, and bulls in different pens, and Laura talked about the different stages from birth to adulthood.
Students also learned about what the cattle eat from grain to pasture and got to see and smell some of the food. They learned why the calves and cows had ear tags and what is needed to keep the animals healthy and safe. Thank you, Aaron and Laura, for welcoming us onto your farm!”
– Teresa S., Worth & Mitchell County Outreach Coordinator
For farming and consumer audiences: Conversations on marketing local food, raising cattle from gate to plate, and bridging generations in the Ag industry.
Laura is now booking speaking events for 2025-2026.
