SkyView Market will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues related to class activities or the ingredients used. By enrolling in SkyView Farms workshops or by attending events, guests hereby release and covenant not to sue SkyView Market, its owners, members, agents, employees, representatives and assigns, from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages, regardless of cause or fault, incurred in connection with or arising out of attendance or participation in a SkyView Market workshop or event.
Scheduling: SkyView Market reserves the right to cancel workshops and provide a full refund when class minimum registration numbers are not met.
Payment and Cancellations: Workshop fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled. Special planning and careful preparation goes into making your workshop experience an exceptional one.
