Air Fryer Pork Chops

Grilled pork chop

Ingredients

  • Two Bone-In Pork Chops (purchase here)
  • 2 tsp. Roots Ranch Seasoning (purchase here)
  • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Thaw the pork chops in the refrigerator. 
  2. When you’re ready to cook them, pat dry with a paper towel. Coat them with Olive Oil.
  3. Dust liberally with the seasoning or rub of your choice. We recommend Roots Ranch Seasoning or Mossycup Farms Smokey Citrus Rub.
  4. Preheating your air fryer is an important step! You’ll want to preheat at 400°F for 5 minutes. 
  5. When it’s ready, cook the pork chops in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping them over after 6 minutes. Each air fryer can behave differently, so we recommend checking for doneness with an instant read thermometer. Shoot for 140 degrees Fahrenheit for safe temperature.
  6. When the pork chops are done, remove them from the air fryer and place them on a plate and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
