Directions
- Thaw the pork chops in the refrigerator.
- When you’re ready to cook them, pat dry with a paper towel. Coat them with Olive Oil.
- Dust liberally with the seasoning or rub of your choice. We recommend Roots Ranch Seasoning or Mossycup Farms Smokey Citrus Rub.
- Preheating your air fryer is an important step! You’ll want to preheat at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- When it’s ready, cook the pork chops in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping them over after 6 minutes. Each air fryer can behave differently, so we recommend checking for doneness with an instant read thermometer. Shoot for 140 degrees Fahrenheit for safe temperature.
- When the pork chops are done, remove them from the air fryer and place them on a plate and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
