
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (purchase here!)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon beef soup base
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- diced onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Brown ground beef and drain off fat
- Dice your onion and saute it in the butter in a deep sided skillet
- Once onions are translucent, add the rest of the ingredients stirring together
- Cover and let simmer
- While the stroganoff is simmering, cook a pasta of your choice. Drain the pasta once cooked and serve stroganoff over the pasta.
