SkyView Market stands behind our products and those offered on our site through partner vendors. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of purchase if an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. 

Non-Returnable Items, Damaged Products/Issues:

Due to the nature of our perishable meat products and laws regarding re-sale of food products, we must follow a strict no returns policy on food items.

Gift Cards/Vouchers policies:

All purchases of SkyView Market gift cards are single use, non-refundable and valid for one year after the date of purchase (or as indicated on the certificate). Gift cards may be used on any products offered in store or online and must be redeemed with SkyView Market directly. Gift card funds are not valid for direct purchases with our partner vendors.

Pickup and Delivery Policies:

Orders placed online for on-farm pickup must be picked up during the hours selected and agreed to during the checkout process. SkyView Market is not responsible for freshness of perishable products not picked up during the agreed upon hours. Alternative pickup arrangements may be granted if arranged at least 24 hours from the time of purchase and agreed upon and confirmed by SkyView Market staff.

We are not responsible for damages or issues that occur after an order placed for delivery is marked as ‘delivered’ by our delivery drivers or shipping carriers. It is the recipient’s responsibility to carefully transfer the meat into a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival. We are not responsible for any popped packages or freezer burn that occurs after the product has been stored in the recipient’s fridge or freezer.

Case Review Procedure:

We are committed to reviewing each inquiry on an individual basis.

Please include the following with your inquiry:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Photograph of the product with a timestamp
  3. Photograph of the packaging

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Refunds

In the event a refund is needed and approved, the refund will be processed in the form of store credit with the individual vendor. We cannot provide refunds for meat boxes that are delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
